OPERATIONS MANAGER
Ben Callaghan joined the Koonambil management team in 2019 in the newly created Operations Manager role.
A Coonamble local with significant management experience, Ben’s focus at Koonambil includes managing compliance, regulation, continuous quality improvement across the organisation, ensuring Koonambil benefits from aged care funding, and working directly with residents and their families.
Ben has experience in the aged care industry from his previous career as a paramedic and other frontline, community-facing roles.
